    You receive a confirmation e-mail or a text as soon as you place an order, or within a few minutes.

     

    This e-mail is send to the e-mail address you provide. If you did not receive a confirmation it is possible your order was not completed, or your payment was declined.

     

    This is just a confirmation message, you will receive a shipping number once the label has been made up and is ready for delivery.

    After you place your order, and received a confirmation message, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. up to 5-10 business days for clothing to arrive, and 12-20 days for accessories.

     

    If you believe your package has been lost, please follow the lost package rules.

     

    Some of our products ship directly from our manufacturer, so it is normal to receive multiple packages from one order.

    You will receive a message including tracking information once your item(s) have received a tracking number and is ready to be shipped, this may take 1-3 business days to receive.

     

    If you receive a message saying tracking information is incorrect or unavailable when trying to track your order, please be patient. Tracking information can sometimes take a few days to update.

     

    Orders made late in the afternoon may not be processed until the next business day.

    If there is an issue with an item you ordered please follow the instructions in our return policy.

     

    Please DO NOT return products without first contacting us, or you will not be refunded.

     

    Return payments are reimbursed to Credit Card/Debit Card used during original purchase.

     

    Returns sent after the 30 day period will not be accepted.

     

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Oh No! We're so sorry! Whether your item was damaged during the shipping process or a mistake was made on our end, we will make this right.

     

    We accept damaged product back within 30 days of the purchase date.

     

    We make this easy for you, simply send us an email with your order number and let us know what happened.

     

    We want to make this as painless for you as possible, you dont have to wait until we receive your damaged return for us to ship you a new product!

     

    If you prefer to get refunded for your purchase, we are able to refund the card used to pay for the original order.

    PayPal Is currently only available with quick shop. To access quick shop return to the product collection page, hover over the desired product image and press the (+). Once quick shop is accessed you can checkout with PayPal, ApplePay, and other popular methods of payment.

     

    No discount code or coupon code is required at checkout. If you enter an invalid coupon or discount code at check out you may receive a message stating "This code did not match any active discount. Was it entered correctly?" This message appears if you enter an invalid code. To correct this simply delete entry and check out as usual. A new message will pop up stating "The Discount code field is required." You can ignore this discount message, it simply means without a discount code no discount will be applied.
